1. Platform Nature

PlumbersNearMe.city ("Platform", "Company", "we", "us") operates as a marketing and lead-generation platform connecting property owners ("Users") with independent plumbing contractors ("Service Providers").

We do not provide plumbing services.
We are not licensed plumbers.
We do not supervise projects.
We do not guarantee workmanship or code compliance.

All service agreements are solely between Users and Service Providers.

2. No Verification or Endorsement

We do not independently verify licenses, insurance, bonding, or regulatory compliance of any Service Provider.

Featured listings, badges, or rankings do not constitute endorsement.

3. Lead Distribution Disclosure

By submitting a quote request, Users acknowledge that their information may be shared with one or multiple plumbing contractors.

4. AI & Pricing Disclaimer

The Platform may display estimated plumbing costs generated by automated systems or AI tools.

Estimates are informational only.
They are not binding quotes.
Final pricing is determined by the Service Provider.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlumbersNearMe.city shall not be liable for:

Water damage
Flooding or pipe failure
Code violations
Contractor negligence
Property damage
Personal injury
Financial losses

Total liability is limited to $100 or the amount paid to the Platform in the prior 12 months, whichever is less.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlumbersNearMe.city from any claims arising out of:

Your use of the Platform
Your contract with any Service Provider
Violation of applicable laws

7. Premium Listings & Subscriptions

Payments are for advertising exposure only.
No guarantee of leads or revenue.
Subscriptions may auto-renew.
All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

8. Call Recording Disclosure

Calls placed through tracking numbers may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, compliance, and fraud prevention.

9. TCPA Consent

By submitting your information, you provide express written consent to receive calls, SMS, and emails, including automated communications. Consent is not required for purchase.

10. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules. Users waive the right to jury trials and class actions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
